London Array Offshore Wind Farm

RMi have been working at London Array since construction and have provided the following work scopes:

• Rigging, lifting, inspection and certification services, including labour supply for the Export cable installation
• Full balance of plant and provision of defects teams.
• Offshore substation one and two commissioning works including lifting solutions, rigging inspection and certification data base creation.
• Management of confined space entry and inspections to the monopile foundations.
• Marine base LOLER inspections, pontoon maintenance, inspection and repairs.
• Inspection & inventory of cable pulling winches, power packs and generators from each substation during de-mobilisation.
• Link Span – Modification, inspection & installation of boat landings and surveys of Port owned link span structure.
• Inspection, repair and maintenance of the Davit crane inventory throughout the field including retro fits, parts sourcing and specialist tooling manufacture.
• Periodic NDT surveys and reporting.
• Provision of rescue team to facilitate internal inspections and floor grating improvements.
• Supply rigging and inspection personnel for the duration of the Busduct replacement works on substation 1 & 2 including scaffolding.
• Carry out inspection and rigging to enable the change out of WTG main transformer and basement located HV switchgear.
• Supply, inspection and installation of standby generator sets and transformers for WTG’s.
• Rigging and lifting services including crane to enable load out of vessels from link span when the pontoons have been out of service, enabling technicians ability to access the wind farm.
